Exceptional company to work with. Bonnie was my first contact and couldn’t believe how friendly, proactive and quick she was to schedule an appt. While talking to her, she asked Jake about one of my ceiling fans I wanted installed on a faulted high ceiling and he recommended that I get a longer downrod. I would never have known/thought to have gotten that and would have caused a double trip for service. Jacob & Joseph were my service electricians and they were patient, professional, friendly and attentive to ensuring the fans (2) were installed correctly. The next couple of days dealt with a noise when one of the fans was running. Thought I needed to work with vendor; called Bonnie and she said that they were the ones to resolve and scheduled next day with Jack. He was also professional, friendly and very intuitive and resolved to my satisfaction. All 3 men were respectful, wore booties when they came in the house and considerate of my furniture that was in the way at times. I will definitely us Juniper again for any electricial issues I have in the future.

Then, Justin, he was responsive (same day), kind and patient!! The craftsmanship and great price was amazing on the single pole light and switch to our garage. With everything said, This is a down to earth company who care about people, service, clean cut craftsmanship and price for every day people. I thank them and will absolutely be a repeat customer.

I will definitely use them again! Their quoting process was clear, they were quick to schedule and the installation team was awesome. I got estimates from three other local companies. Juniper was the second lowest bid I received but their customer service was outstanding from start to finish so definitely worth that little bit more in the end.

Juniper Mountain Electric did a great job hanging a chandelier for us on a very tall ceiling. They were reasonably priced, responsive and professional. They also were able to get us scheduled quickly and cleaned our house well afterwards. We had a small issue the first time they hung the chandelier (mostly my own fault) and they offered to fix it free of charge for us. Very impressed and will definitely use again if we need an electrician!

We needed a new electrical panel installed on our house and Juniper Mountain Electric did amazing work for us. Bonnie made the whole process super easy and Jake is very friendly and clearly knows a lot about electrical work. They gave us a very good price for the work and I recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

THE BEST!!! We’re not even sure where to start. Juniper Mountain Electric went above & beyond their call of duty in helping us out with our electrical issues, and boy was it an issue. In a nutshell, we had a power outage go out during the recent holidays. We were referred to Jake and Bonnie of Juniper Mountain Electric and not only did they provide us with excellent customer service and timely diagnostics, but extremely fair pricing as well. On extremely short notice, Jake came out after hours on a cold wintry night. He told us what was up and would personally take on the job, because he knew what a bind we were in. We know for a fact, that Jake and Bonnie’s company searched on their time off including the weekend to find the parts we needed (which weren’t readily available) to fix and update our project. We have dealt with electricians before and NEVER have we received the type of MAGNIFICENT service that they provided. Thanks again to Jake and Bonnie and their terrific staff (Justin and Jacob to name a couple), for the wonderful, prompt resolution to our situation. Keep up the fantastic work. We will never forget, and we will use your establishment for future projects.

I love Juniper Mountain! They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They installed receptacles for us in our basement, two iterations of a ceiling fan hung from our vaulted ceiling, and fixed our microwave receptacle. 10/10 recommend as contractors and as humans.

We are first time homeowners and needed a new electrical panel upgrade. Juniper was great with giving us options and helping us make a plan and the prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. Bonnie was incredibly nice and easy to work with, even though we had them write last minute add-ins to the quote. The electricians were in at 7 am, and out by 4. The city inspector said it was as clean work as you can get. One thing I do think is that Bonnie deserves a higher clerical fee. Other companies did not have such nice clerks and that makes the whole thing a better experience

All of the techs that have been on jobs at my house are efficient, helpful, professional, prepared – willing to wear a mask and always put on booties when in the house. Very impressed with each tech that has come out – and I’ve used them at least three times. Recommend this company!
